Installing an Add-in Profile That Includes a Microsoft Exchange Mail Account

You can install the Siebel CRM Desktop add-in in the Outlook profile that uses a Microsoft Exchange mail account even if an additional mailbox is available. Prior to Siebel CRM Desktop version 3.5, you cannot install the Siebel CRM Desktop add-in to the Outlook profile that uses a Microsoft Exchange mail account if an additional mailbox is available.
