Adding Locations

OPERA Cloud and OPERA Property v5 SaaS locations are automatically synced to OPERA Reporting and Analytics as part of the provisioning process completed by your Oracle Cloud Enablement team. Steps for the manual creation of a location are for OPERA Property locations only.

  1. In OPERA Reporting and Analytics, click Admin, click Portal, click Organizational Structure, and then click Locations.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Property Name field, type a unique name for the location.

    For example, type Columbia for a hotel location in Columbia, Maryland.

  4. In the Location Reference field, type a value to indicate the unique property for this location within the organizational hierarchy.
  5. In the Chain Code field, enter the existing Chain Code that this property shall be associated within the organizational hierarchy.
  6. Specify values for the remaining settings on the form and then click Save.
