Working with Recency Codes (WRCC)
Recency codes are used to group buyers who have made purchases within the same time frame, such as within the last 0-12 months. You can assign a recency code to each source code to further define buyers in Working with Source Codes (WSRC).

How to display this screen: Enter WRCC in the Fast path field at the top of any menu or select Work with Recency Code from a menu.

Create a recency code |
Select Create to advance to the Create Recency Code Screen. |
Change a recency code |
Select Change for a recency code to advance to the Change Recency Code screen. At this screen, you can change the recency code description. For field descriptions, see Create Recency Code Screen. |
Delete a recency code |
Select Delete for a recency code to delete it. |
Display a recency code |
Select Display for a recency code to advance to the Display Recency Code screen. You cannot change any information on this screen. For field descriptions, see Create Recency Code Screen. |
Purpose: Use this screen to create a recency code.
How to display this screen: Select Create on the Work with Recency Code Screen.
