LDAP and Domain Configuration Options
Purpose: The options at the LDAP and Domain Configuration page are described below.

Important: LDAP authentication is not currently supported in Order Management System Cloud Service.
Options at this page:

Filter the Displayed Domains and LDAP IDs
To filter the displayed records: Enter any string of characters in the Filter field and press Enter to restrict the displayed records to those that contain your entry in any of the fields. The filter is not case-sensitive; entering sample or SAMPLE filters results in displaying the same records.
Filter on more than one string of characters: You can also enter an additional string of characters in the Filter field and press Enter to restrict the displayed records to those that contain all entered search criteria.
Example: Enter new and press Enter to display Domain and LDAP records that contain the word or string new. Enter domain and press Enter to display Domain and LDAP records that contain both the word or string new and the word or string Domain.
You can remove any search criteria by clicking the X to the right of the search term. The page updates the filtered results immediately.
Add a New LDAP and Domain Configuration
To add: If you have ALLOW authority to the WLDP menu option, click the add icon () or select Actions > Add to open the Create LDAP and Domain Configuration window.
At this window, specify the:
• Domain Description: A short description to identify the domain. Any alphabetical characters in your entry are converted to upper case after you save the LDAP and domain configuration. Required.
• LDAP ID: A short code to identify the LDAP configuration. Your entry is automatically converted to upper case as you enter it. Required.
Important: Do not enter an LDAP ID longer than 10 positions.
• LDAP Connection String: The string used to connect to the LDAP server. Can be up to 200 positions, and include both upper and lower case. Required.
• Default: Optionally, slide the Default toggle to on () to indicate that this record is the default LDAP and domain configuration; otherwise, leave it set to off ().
Note: If you define a default LDAP configuration, the LDAP Authentication flag is selected by default at the Create User screen in Classic View.
Click OK to save the new configuration; otherwise, click Cancel.
Edit an LDAP and Domain Configuration
To edit: If you have ALLOW authority to the WLDP menu option, highlight a record and:
• Select the Edit icon (), or
• Select Actions > Edit.
The Edit LDAP and Domain Configuration window opens. You can change any of the following fields:
• Domain Description. Required.
• LDAP Connection String. Required.
• Default toggle, indicating whether this is the default LDAP configuration.
You cannot update the LDAP ID.
Click OK to save your changes; otherwise, click Cancel.

View an LDAP and Domain Configuration
To view: Highlight a record and:
• Select the View icon (), or
• Select Actions > View.
The View LDAP and Domain Configuration window opens, displaying the following:
• LDAP ID
• Default toggle: Set to On if this is the default LDAP configuration; otherwise, set to Off.
You cannot change any information at this window. See Add a New LDAP and Domain Configuration, above, for more information about these fields.
Delete an LDAP and Domain Configuration
To delete: If you have ALLOW authority to the WLDP menu option, highlight a record and:
• Select the Delete icon (), or
• Select Actions >Delete.
Click OK at the window to delete the LDAP configuration; otherwise, click Cancel.
