Reset Your Account Password

If you lost or forgot your password and can't sign in, you can use your email to reset your password without signing in.

To reset your password without signing in:

  1. On the sign in screen, select Need help signing in?
  2. On the Help with signing in panel, select Reset password.
  3. On the password reset screen, enter your user name (usually your email address) and then select Next.

    If your email address is associated with a valid account, a password reset notification will be sent to it.

    If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.

    If you do not receive the email after ten minutes, try again.

    If you still do not receive the email, contact your IT administrator or Oracle Support.

  4. When you receive the password reset email, select the link to reset your password.
