Sync Linked Accounts

If an Aconex user has a linked account in Lobby and then later gets assigned the Org Admin role in Aconex, then syncing the list of linked accounts in Lobby updates that linked account in Lobby to show that the user is now an organization administrator.

To sync linked accounts:

  1. On the User menu, select Manage Linked Accounts.

    The Linked Accounts page opens.

  2. Click Sync.

    The shield icon is added to the Admin column for any linked account that has since been made an Org admin in Aconex.
