Alignment

An optimal portfolio must balance investment by function, business unit, geographic region, strategy, and so on. It must also balance risk, return, timing, expenses, capital, and human resources. The Investor Map provides you with tools that enable you to perform critical analysis and facilitate decision-making in order to achieve this optimal balance.

Investor maps are flexible and customizable. The items or portfolios included in the selected portfolio are distributed and sized within the map in strategic buckets. Each bucket is a column on the map and represents a defined parameter, such as an allocated resource. These parameters, which you can manipulate and modify as required, reflect your strategic goals as defined by pre-selected categories. In addition, you can filter items by size, color, or status in order to facilitate your analysis of business operations.
