As the number of items in a portfolio increases, it becomes necessary to locate each item in a more efficient manner than manually searching through all of them. The Selected Item drop-down list in the Map Tools Info panel, enables you to quickly select the item you are looking for from a list of items shown in the map.
To find a specific item:
- Click the Selected Item field drop-down arrow to view the list of items for the current portfolio.
- Select an item from the list. The selected item is identified within the investor map, and its values for the four map categories are displayed in the information area.
