Follow these steps to install and license Oracle Crystal Ball. The basic process is the same whether you are installing Oracle Crystal Ball with a permanent, textbook, classroom, or trial license:
Confirm that you have the required hardware and software, listed in System Requirements.
Read the information in Microsoft .NET Framework, and be sure the appropriate version of Microsoft .NET Framework is installed on your computer.
Be sure you have downloaded Oracle Crystal Ball installation files.
When you ordered Oracle Crystal Ball or registered to download it, you should have received your username and serial number. The username is usually your email address.
