Use the Export panel to produce an export file that contains a portion or all of the content in a crosstab or a table. By default, crosstabs and tables export only data for the currently selected page dimension members.
What do you want to export buttons -- Select one of the following buttons to specify the content of the export file:
Current selections for page dimensions -- Exports only the currently selected page dimension members in the current query.
All combinations of page dimension members -- Exports all combinations of page dimension members that are included in the current query.
All combinations of selected page dimension members -- Selects specific page dimension members from the current query for export. This choice enables the following items:
Page dimension box -- Specifies the page dimension for which you want to indicate specific members.
Select All button -- Selects all members for the specified page dimension.
Deselect All button -- Deselects all members for the specified page dimension.
What export format do you want box -- Specifies the export format to use.
Where do you want to export box -- Specifies the path of the folder that is to receive the export file; optionally, you can choose the Browse button to search for a folder.
Browse button -- Displays the Browse for Folder dialog box, from which you can select a folder and enter a name for the export file.
What do you want to name the export box -- Specifies the name for the export file. This box already contains a name if you entered the file name in the Browse for Folder dialog box.
