Use this tab to specify page orientation and scaling for printing. The scaling options depend on the type of view that you are printing.
Orientation -- Specifies whether to use Portrait or Landscape for setting up the page:
Portrait -- Specifies that the height of the page is greater than the width.
Landscape -- Specifies that the width of the page is greater than the height.
Scaling (Table/Crosstab) -- Specifies scaling and the number of pages to print across and down for one dimension.
Adjust to: -- Specifies the zoom percentage when the table or crosstab is printed. A number less than 100 reduces the crosstab or table. A number greater than 100 enlarges the crosstab or table.
Fit to pages wide -- Specifies how many pages on which to fit columns. For example, the default is "1," which prints all of the columns on one page, no matter how many columns appear in the view.
by pages tall -- Specifies how many pages on which to fit rows. For example, the default is "1," which prints all of the rows on one page, no matter how many rows appear in the view.
Scaling Graph) -- Specifies scaling and the number of pages to print across and down for one dimension.
Actual Size (100%) -- Specifies that the graph is printed at 100% of its actual size.
Fit to page -- Scales the graph to fit on the printed page.
Preserve the ratio of height and width -- Keeps the ratio intact when you print.
Preserve the actual font size -- Keeps the actual font size, even though you are scaling the rest of the graph.
Paper Size: Displays the page size that is specified in the system printer dialog box.
Print Preview button -- Displays the page as it will appear when it is printed.
