<saveDef> Element

The saveDef element is a member of the following categories:

Use the saveDef element to define the code that is required to fire the initialization event for a Save Confirmation dialog. The saveDef element is similar to the dialogLinkDef element except that it works only with the saveConfirmationDef element.

The saveDef element is used to supply a Save button or link on a UIX page that displays a thin presentation.

Note: There is no corresponding BI UIX element that renders the saveDef element. Instead, use any rendering component, such as a UIX button or link, to render the saveDef element.

Attributes

id -- (Required) A unique identifier for this element.

presentationId -- (Required) Specifies the identifier of the presentationDef element that is to be saved.

saveConfirmationPage -- (Required) Specifies the identifier of the UIX page that contains the Save Confirmation dialog. This page is displayed to verify that the user intends to save the presentation.

saveConfirmationId -- (Required) Specifies the identifier of the saveConfirmationDef element that defines the SaveConfirmation thin dialog.

Usage notes

The saveDef element is a child of the biThinSessionElement and must be defined within the biThinSession.
