Classes That Group Properties for Graph Components

The following classes are special objects that group properties for a number of components.

Object

Description

GraphFont

Properties for formatting fonts in components that display text. For more information, see Comparing the GraphFont and Font Objects.

SFX

Properties for special effects in the graph background, the plot area, and on two-dimensional markers. For more information, see Using Special Effects in a Graph.

ThreeDViewMatrix

Properties that affect the frame for three-dimensional graphs.

Graph components that use these objects have methods to get and set these objects. For example, the O1Title has a getGraphFont method, which retrieves the GraphFont object for the O1Title.

The following example shows how to set the color of the text in an axis title, by setting an property on the GraphFont object.

graph.getO1Title().getGraphFont().setGraphFontColor(new Color(red));
