To use this workflow, you need to assign a BPM role for the user to initiate the test and receive the confirmation the test was successful.
To assign the role:
- Login to the BPM Workspace as a user with administrative rights.
- Click Administration on the top right toolbar.
- On the Organization Roles list, select P6ConfigValidator.TestConfig.
- On the Details pane, make one or more BPM users or user groups a member of the TestConfig role. The BPM users or user groups assigned to the TestConfig role must match a P6 username for the workflow to be visible from P6.
- Click Apply to save these changes.
