Configuring Dashboard Access

You can make a dashboard available only to you (user dashboard), to all users (global dashboard), or to a list of users you specify (multi-user dashboard).

To configure dashboard access:

  1. Click Dashboards.
  2. On the Dashboards page, select a dashboard tab and click Customize.
  3. On the Dashboard Details page, click the Access tab.
  4. On the Access tab:
    1. Select an option to determine which users can use the dashboard. If you select List of Users, use the common set of controls to specify which user accounts can use the dashboard.
    2. Click Save and Close.

Tips

You must have the appropriate security privilege to specify access. You cannot change the access setting for a multi-user dashboard created by another user.
