You need to assign a scoring matrix to a project before it can be used to prioritize risks. Once you assign a scoring matrix to a project, it is available for use from the risk register on the Risks page in the Projects section.
You can assign a risk scoring matrix to a project from different areas in the application, depending on the tasks you are working on at the time.
