Use this detail window to assign related applications privileges to the selected project security profile.

Privileges list
The security privileges available to the selected profile.
Privilege option
Determines whether the selected privilege is assigned to the global security profile.
Administer Project External Applications option
Determines whether the profile will enable users to modify entries in the External Applications feature in P6 Professional.
Exchange Project Data with Primavera Unifier option
Determines whether the profile will enable users to exchange project data with a linked Primavera Unifier project.
Exchange Project Data with Oracle Primavera Cloud option
Determines whether the profile will enable users to exchange project data with a linked Oracle Primavera Cloud project.
Exchange Project Data with Gateway option
Determines whether the profile will enable users to exchange project data with a project linked via Primavera Gateway.
Getting Here
- Click Administration.
- On the Administration navigation bar, click User Administration.
- In the User Administration pane, click Project Security Profiles.
- On the Project Security Profiles page, click the Related Applications detail window.
