Configuring Step Templates

Configure step templates to add, delete, or arrange the steps assigned to a template.

To configure a step template:

  1. Click Administration.
  2. On the Administration navigation bar, click Enterprise Data.
  3. On the Enterprise Data page, expand Activities and click Step Templates.
  4. On the Step Templates page, select a template.
  5. In the Step Template detail window, you can add, delete, or arrange steps.
    1. To add steps, click Add.
      • In the Step Name field, double-click and type a name.
      • In the Description field, double-click and type a brief narrative about the step.
      • In the Weight field, double-click and type a weight value.
    2. To delete steps, click Row Actions and select Delete.
    3. To arrange steps, click Row Actions and select Move Up or Move Down.
  6. On the Step Templates page, click Save.
