Sending Email to a Project Manager

You can send email to the manager of a particular project.

To send email to a project manager:

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click Team Usage.
  3. On the Team Usage page:
    1. Click Resource.
    2. In the left pane, expand a resource and click a project.
  4. In the Activities for Project dialog box, click Send Email.
  5. In the Send Email dialog box:
    1. Edit the recipient list, message, subject, and body as needed.
    2. Click Send.

Tips

You must have an email address listed in you user profile to send an email.
