User defined fields are available for the following entities:
- Projects
- WBS elements
- Activities
- Steps
- Expenses
- Issues
- Resources
- Resource Assignments
- Risks
- Documents
The majority of the custom fields you create will have only two main properties: a name and a data type. Project and activity UDFs will also support custom formulas and graphical indicators based on calculations.
