Sending Email about Issues

You can send emails about project issues that include basic information, such as project, issue name, priority and due date.

To send issue emails:

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click Issues.
  3. On the Issues Management page, expand a project, click Row Actions and select Email Issue Details for one of the issues.
  4. In the Send Email dialog box:
    1. Edit the fields as needed.
    2. Click Send.
