- Choose File, Export.
- Choose Microsoft Project.
- Select MPX. Click Next.
- Choose Resource Only.
- Type or select the name of the export file and the location where the file will be saved. Click Next.
- Add a new template or modify the existing template (if necessary). The template contains options for exchanging data with Microsoft Project.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close.
