Create default headers, footers, and custom labels for reports (P6 EPPM Only)

You can define three default sets of headers, footers, and custom labels for reports.

These defaults apply to all projects and can be viewed by all users, but you must have Add/Edit/Delete Global Reports global privilege, as defined in P6, to edit them.

  1. Choose Tools, Reports, Report Preferences.
  2. On the Report Preferences dialog box:
    1. Click the first, second, or third set option, as applicable.
    2. Type the default header for a report in the Header Label field.
    3. Type the default footer for a report in the Footer Label field.
    4. Type the default custom label for a report in the Custom Label field.
    5. Repeat this step for the second or third set, as applicable.
    6. Click Close.
