Use the Notify Issue dialog box to send email about the selected issue.
email Address: Lists each recipient's email address. To change an email address, double-click the address you want to change, then type the new address.
Name: Lists the name of each email recipient.
Responsibility: Lists the responsibility for each email recipient.
Subject: Displays the selected issue's name.
Contents: Displays the selected issue's details. Type additional details and comments in this field.
Add: Adds a recipient.
Remove: Removes the selected recipient.
Send All: Sends email about the selected issue to all listed recipients.
