P6 Visualizer obeys some user preferences defined in P6 Professional. These settings are defined on the Time Units, Dates, and Currency tabs of the User Preferences dialog box in P6 Professional.
The units and durations format are specified on the Time Units tab.
The date and time format and other date-related options are specified on the Dates tab.
The currency format and whether the currency symbol and decimal digits are displayed are specified on the Currency tab.
If you choose not to show time, the time settings on date pickers in P6 Visualizer will be hidden.
Operating System settings will be obeyed for formatting not covered by User Preferences, such as what to use as a separator for settings in inches.
If you are connected to a P6 EPPM database, P6 Visualizer obeys the admin preferences defined in P6. The settings are defined on the My Preferences page.
