Defining Projects

Use this task to select projects to compare.

Before you begin this task, open the Layout Options page as described in one of the following tasks:

It is from the context of those tasks that you click the Options button. When you finish the following task, resume at the step in the applicable previous task where you left off.

To define projects for the layout:

  1. Click the Projects tab of the Layout Options page:
  2. On the Project tab:
    1. Select Projects or Project Baselines.
    2. In the Original project list, select an empty cell.
    3. In the Projects or Project Baselines list, select a project or baseline and add it to the Original project list.

      Note: You can search the these lists.

    4. In the Projects or Project Baselines list, select a project or baseline and add it to the Revised project list.

      Note: You can compare two projects, two baselines, or a project and a baseline.
