Configuring Notification Settings in Application Settings

To set your notification settings:

  1. Open the Primavera P6 Administrator.
  2. In the Configurations drop-down list, select your configuration.
  3. In the sidebar select Application/Notifications.
    1. Select Enable Issue Notifications to enable automated notifications when Issues are added or modified.
    2. Select Override Notification Email from User to always use the system’s From email address.

      Leave this field clear to use the email address of the user who sends notifications, if their email address is configured.

    3. In the Notification from Email User field, enter the email address that will send Notifications when either NotificationsFromEmailOverride is true or the user’s email address is not configured.
