These type of errors could have their root cause in either the P6 application or the BPM server.
- In Primavera P6 Administrator, set the Log/Console Logger/Severity Level to debug or info.
- Check the P6 log for BPM related messages. The log file is
P6WebAccess.html
and its location is specified inBREBootStrap.xml
located in your P6 EPPM home folder. These messages should indicate why the BPM code failed to process normally. - Check the BPM logs in these cases to make sure that the cause of the failure is not due to the BPM server.
