To assign Primavera Cloud users access to Primavera Data Warehouse:
- Sign in to Primavera Analytics Administration Web Application:
http://<host>:<port>/p6rdb
- In the sidebar, click the .
User Management icon. - To select users:
- In the License Enabled column, select the check box to assign application access to each User Name.
- Select Repopulate Security to give the selected users immediate access to their project data as an alternative to provide access subsequent to an ETL run.
- Select Save.
