To import user accounts:
- On the User Administration tab, click Actions and select Import Users.
- Click Browse and select the import template.
Note: The default name of the import template is
User_Import_Template.csv
. - Click OK.
- Review the User Administration table to ensure there are no errors.
- Click Save.
Notes:
- If user creation fails, one reason might be that you have exceeded your Primavera Unifier license limits. See "Working with the License Manager" in the Primavera Unifier Help for details.
- After creating a user account, you must reset that password for the account. If your deployment uses IDCS, resetting a password sends the user an email with a link to allow them to change their own password. If your deployment uses OIM, resetting a password notifies the user about their new account and provides them a temporary password. On logging in with the temporary password, the user is prompted to change the password and set challenge questions. See Reset Passwords for details.
