You can assign an existing role to users, but you need to assign the JDBC data source to the roles.
To assign the data source:
- Click the Administration link at the top of your screen.
- In the Security Center section, select the Roles and Permissions link.
- For the BI Service Administrator role, select the Add Data Source icon.
- Under Database Connections move the data source created for Primavera Unifier from the Available Data Sources to Allowed Data Sources.
- Click Apply.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for the BI Consumer role and BI Content Author role.
