You can deploy plug-ins to an Oracle Management Service (OMS) instance using the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console or using the Enterprise Manager Command Line Interface.
Oracle Enterprise Manager has three components that the plug-in must be deployed to: an OMS instance, an Agent, and a Target.
You must first deploy the plug-in to the OMS instance that manages your Primavera application servers. Then, deploy the plug-in to an Oracle Management Agent on the server you want to monitor and create a Target for each application instance.
