Creating Users for Primavera Unifier

To create users from OIM for Primavera Unifier:

  1. Create an administrative user in OIM to match the Primavera Unifier administrator:
    1. Log in to OIM.
    2. Create an organization with the name Site.
    3. Create an Administrator user in OIM.
  2. Sign in to Unifier as the Administrator that you created.
    1. Create the ootb company.
    2. Give the company a short name and authentication code.
  3. Return to OIM:
    1. Update the IT Resource in OIM with the ootb information.
    2. Create an organization with the ootb short name.
    3. Create a non-admin user and assign the user to the ootb organization.
    4. In the Accounts tab, click Request Accounts to provision.
    5. Select the Primavera Unifier application instance you created.
    6. Add the instance to the cart.
    7. Click Checkout to provision.
