Where to use it: RFB business processes.
Use this element for:
This Data Element captures the date and time of the first bid invitation sent out, for the concerned RFB.
Any of the Requestor Upper Forms of "Request for Bid" BP.
The DE would be enabled only for the requestor upper form.
It would be restricted for any other forms on RFB BP like - Requestor detail form , Bidder Upper form, Bidder Detail form.
Note: This field (read-only) holds the value of the date and time of the first invite sent for a particular RFB.
Additional information
This DE is not a mandatory field; however, once the first invitation is sent, the date value will be captured in this DE, by the system, irrespective of this DE being added on any of the upper forms, or not. If this DE is added on any of the upper forms, then the value captured will be reflected.
This DE cannot be marked as Editable or Editable Required.
Since this DE is read-only in the RFB BP, it cannot be a part of DDS which has this DE as a Master Data element on the form. The remaining behavior is as any other read-only date-type data element
Note: The date-type data element can be used as display element for the BP Picker and the BP Creator - Reference Type.
