Use the Space Occupancy Statuses (BP) to select the default space statuses. The space status values you pick here are referenced by other business processes.
To select the space occupancy statuses:
- Ensure that you are at the All Properties level.
- From the User mode navigator, select General.
- From the General log, select Space Occupancy Statuses and click Open.
- Refer to the table below to select default values.
- Click Finish Editing to save the form.
