Property Creation Request BP - Purpose
The Property Creation Requests process is used to initiate the creation of a new shell (Building or Land) as a result of Real Estate Property Acquisition approved transaction. The Property Creation Request is typically assigned to a user or a group responsible for the creation of new shells in the portfolio.

Property Creation Request BP - Create
To create a Property Creation request BP:
- From the User mode, navigate to the All Properties node.
- Expand the Transactional Management node on the Left pane, and select Property Creation Request.
- From the BP log page, click Create.Complete the form. The required fields are in red and marked with an asterisk.
- From the Workflow Actions drop-down menu, select Send For Approval.
