This is a document type, Project level business process with a workflow and line items. It is available in both the Owner and General Contractor templates.
Groups associated with this business process
- Creation: Project Coordinators
- Review: Project Manager. All Project Users can be copied.
- Revision: Project Coordinators. All Project Users can be copied.
- Acknowledge Receipt: All Project Users. All Project Users can be copied.
Record Statuses
- Pending: non-terminal status
- Sent: non-terminal status
- Canceled: terminal status
- Acknowledged: terminal status
