To view a closed Incident Reports record:
- Go to your project. Ensure that you are in the User mode.
- Expand the Ongoing Reporting node and click on Incident Reports.
- Open the incident reports record that you want to view.
- From the Task Details, click Click here to open the BP Progress window.
- Click View Graphic to open the workflow graphic showing tasks steps and links.
- Click Close Window to finish viewing a closed record.
