Preventive Maintenance Business Process toolbar options:
- Form View (default view)

You can click the Gear menu to the left of each row in the grid or right click rows to see the following options:
- Copy
- Remove
- Group line items
Additionally, you can select multiple rows and right click to see the following options:
- Add line item below
- Copy
- Paste below
- Remove
- Group line items
Adding and Modifying Line Items
To add a line item to the grid, click Add. A blank row will be inserted and the following toolbar options will be visible:
- Create
To add a new line item.
- Search
- Find on Page
Note: Any fields that have default values will display them.
After a line item is created, you can double click the cell to modify its content (if the form properties permit modifications).
Error Reporting
If any rows have an error, the red Error icon appears in the first column. You can click the Error icon to see an error message. Columns with required fields display red triangles in the upper-right corner.
Hyperlink Fields and Image Fields
When you double click a hyperlink field, the Hyperlink icon appears in the cell. When you click the Hyperlink icon, a box appears. Here, you can enter the Name and URL that appear in the cell.
When you double click an image field, the Upload icon appears in the cell. Clicking on the Upload icon gives you the options of Browse and Document Manager. When you click Browse, the File browser will open. When you click Document Manager, the image field from Document Manager will appear.
