Creating a Document-type Business Process Line Item Record
You can create a Document-type BP line item record:
- Through Form View (a single line item and without importing attachments):
- You cannot submit the record to the next level without completing the required fields. If you try to save the line item without completing the fields, Unifier will not create the line item.
- Through Form View (importing attachments):
- You can submit the record to the next level without completing the required fields, in the line item, by way of the “import attachments” option.
- When you open the same line items that were created in the Form View, from the Grid View, you can send the record to the next level without completing the required fields.
- Through Grid View:
- You cannot submit the record to the next level without completing the required fields for a single line item or for multiple line items created through bulk upload.
