The Mailbox node, in Home page, has the following sub-nodes:
- Inbox
- Notifications
- Sent Items
Inbox
To search the Inbox, click the Inbox sub-node and in the Inbox log click the View drop-down list. The View drop-down list enables you to search in the Inbox by adjusting the log view and using the following options:
- Received in last 7 days
- Received in last 30 days
- Group by Origin
- Group by From
- All Items
You can use the search icon (magnifying glass) 
to open the Search screen and determine the values for the columns in the Inbox log by:
- Field
- Operator
- Value
The Search screen also enables you to determine the number of records that you want to be displayed on the Inbox log.
The right hand side, next to the Inbox log, shows the contents of the email that is highlighted on the log.

Notifications
To search the Notifications, click the Notifications sub-node and in the Notifications log click the View drop-down list. The View drop-down list enables you to search in the Notifications by adjusting the log view and using the following options:
- Received in last 7 days
- Received in last 30 days
- Group by Business Process
- Group by Origin
- All Notifications
You can use the search icon (magnifying glass) to open the Search screen and determine the values for the columns in the Inbox log by:
- Field
- Operator
- Value
The Search screen also enables you to determine the number of records that you want to be displayed on the Notifications log.
The right hand side, next to the Inbox log, shows the contents of the email that is highlighted on the log, if you have permission to view.

To search the Sent Items, click the Sent Items sub-node and in the Sent Items log click the View drop-down list. The View drop-down list enables you to search in the Sent Items by adjusting the log view and using the following options:
- Sent in last 7 days

- All Items
