The SOV sheets can be seen for project-level or shell-level Commit BPs, only. The following applies to the project-level or shell-level SOV sheets.
The creator of a Commit BP becomes the owner of the associated SOV sheet and can grant permission to other users to view or modify the SOV sheet.
Follow these steps to grant permissions to users or groups, other than the sheet owner:
- Open the Schedule of Values log (Cost Manager > User mode > Schedule of Values > for example: General Spends).
- In the General Spends log click the Actions toolbar option and click Permissions.
