To make newly defined reports appear:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to the Admin mode.
- Navigate to Configuration > User Mode Navigator.
Note: If the company does not use User Mode Navigator, you will be able to see the report name under Access Control of the project or program.
- Open the project/shell User Mode Navigator.
- In the dialog box, find the newly created BIP reports on the right side and move them to the left side under Reports > Custom.
- Save the changes and close the window.
- Select the project/shell User Mode Navigator and click the Deploy button to ensure the changes take effect.
Note: BI Publisher User Group requirement: To be able to create reports, users must be added to BI Publisher Author user group through IDCS.
