You can use Primavera Unifier with the following supported browsers:

Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
Refer to Microsoft Internet Explorer Help to see the details on language settings and how to set up the options explained here.
To configure the IE browser for Unifier ensure that the security settings for the Internet zone is set as Medium or Medium-High. If your internet settings are customized, contact your IT for more information. When finished, sign out of Unifier and close the browser completely in order for the new settings to take effect.
For plug-ins, follow these steps:
Note: Depending on your IE setup, these instructions may vary.
- Click Tools and then Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab and select the Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Scripting of Java applets.
- Ensure that the Enable radio button is checked.
- Click OK to save your preference.
Mozilla Firefox
Refer to Mozilla Firefox Help to see the details on language settings. If your internet settings are customized, contact your IT for more information. When finished, sign out of Unifier and close the browser completely in order for the new settings to take effect.
For plug-ins, follow these steps:
- Open the Firefox browser, or restart it if it is already running.
- From the Firefox Menu Bar, select Tools, then click Add-ons.
- In the Add-ons Manager window, select Plugins.
- Click to select the Java (TM) Platform plug-in (Windows), or the Java Applet Plug-in (Mac OS X).
- Ensure that the option "Ask to Activate" or "Always Activate" is selected. For older versions of Firefox, click Enable. Note that if the button displays Disable, Java is already enabled.
Google Chrome
Refer to Google Chrome Help to see the details on language settings. If your internet settings are customized, contact your IT for more information. When finished, sign out of Unifier and close the browser completely in order for the new settings to take effect.
Note: AutoVue viewing is not supported in Google Chrome.
Apple Safari
Refer to Safari Help to see the details on how to set up the options explained here.
To use Apple Safari you must set Java to Run in Unsafe Mode, in browser preferences. Go to Preferences, under Security select Java, then select Run in Unsafe Mode, and click OK.
For plug-ins, follow these steps:
- Click on Safari and select Preferences.
- Select the Security option.
- Select Allow Plug-ins, then click on Manage Website Settings.
- Click on the Java item, select one of the options: Ask, Allow, or Allow Always (from the drop-down list When visiting other websites).
- Click Done and close the Safari Preferences window.
