Project Mailbox option will be seen only if user has permissions to the Project Mailbox.
To link message from the Project Mailbox to a BP record:
- Select a BP record.
- From the right-pane, select the Linked Mail tab.
- Click
and select Project Mailbox. The Add from Project Mailbox page is displayed. - Use arrows to select the messages you want to link from the Available Items column to the Selected Items column.
- Click Done.
