You can create and send a PDF copy of a business process record directly from Mailbox.
To send a PDF copy of a BP form using Mailbox
- Open the business process form in View mode.
- From the File menu, click Send Mailbox. The Mailbox window opens. A PDF copy of the form is automatically attached.
- Complete the Mailbox form and send.
