Purpose
The Company Level BP Summary charts shows the status of each category (All Properties Single Record, Blanket Purchase Orders, Lease Contacts, New User Requests, Project Requests, Service Requests, Space Requests, Timesheets, Vendor Prequal Requests, Vendors, Vendor Evaluations, and Work Order Requests).
The chart displays the status of the various line item amounts. The Line Item Amount is represented on the x-axis, and the status of the line item amount is represented on the y-axis.
Click on a bar to view to view the Detail. It contains the following columns:
- Business Process Type
- Business Process Name
- Record Number
- Status
- Amount
Location
- From the My Apps page, tap Phone Apps.
- Tap Business Process Overview- Phone.
- On the Cover Page, click the Menu icon.
- Select BP Counts - Tab.
