Creating an Object Store

Steps to Create an Object store:

1. Log in to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console with cloud tenant, user name, password.

2. Select Object Storage from the menu at the top left of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure console.

3. Select Object Storage from the sub-menu.

4. Select a compartment in which to create a bucket to upload the database dump file.

5. Click Create Bucket to create the storage bucket where the dump files need to be uploaded.

6. Enter a bucket name, select the standard storage tier, and click Create Bucket.

7. Click Upload Object to begin selecting the dump files to upload to the bucket.
