Configure Oracle Primavera Cloud to export or import project data between Primavera Cloud and P6 using Primavera Gateway as follows:
- Sign in to Oracle Primavera Cloud as an administrator.
- In the object selector, select Global Admin.
- In the sidebar, select Integration.
- Select the Oracle Gateway tile, and then select the Connect tab.
- Enter the following connection details:
- Server URL: Enter the Gateway API URL in the format: https://<hostname>:<port>/gatewayapi
- Username: Your Primavera Gateway username.
- Password: Your Primavera Gateway password.
- Select Test Connection. The application will indicate whether it can connect to Primavera Gateway using the above settings. If the application cannot connect to Primavera Gateway, modify the above fields.
- In the Primavera Cloud Deployment Name field, enter the application deployment configured in Primavera Gateway to transfer data between Primavera Cloud and P6.
- Select Add....
- In the Add Synchronization dialog box:
- In the Action. field, select any of the following options:
- Import: Import data from P6 EPPM.
- Export: Export data to P6 EPPM.
- In the Type list, select the data to be imported or exported. Choices include Project or Global.
- In the Synchronization Name field, select the name of the default synchronization to be used to import or export data.
- Select Add.
- In the Action. field, select any of the following options:
- Select Save.
Depending on the project data being exchanged with P6 using Gateway, you can also:
- Set Gateway synchronizations to export project data to P6.

- Set the EPS code for projects when Primavera Cloud data is exported to P6 EPPM using Primavera Gateway. For more details, see Oracle Primavera Cloud Help.
- The EPS code is the project location in the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) in P6 EPPM.
- Set the Workspace location of a P6 project when importing P6 data to Primavera Cloud. For more details, see Oracle Primavera Cloud Help.
Note: If a workspace location is not setup in P6 for the project being imported to Primavera Cloud, then specify the workspace location in Gateway instead.
