Configuring Oracle Primavera Cloud with Gateway Settings

Configure Oracle Primavera Cloud to export or import project data between Primavera Cloud and P6 using Primavera Gateway as follows:

  1. Sign in to Oracle Primavera Cloud as an administrator.
  2. In the object selector, select Global Admin.
  3. In the sidebar, select Integration.
  4. Select the Oracle Gateway tile, and then select the Connect tab.
  5. Enter the following connection details:
    • Server URL: Enter the Gateway API URL in the format: https://<hostname>:<port>/gatewayapi
    • Username: Your Primavera Gateway username.
    • Password: Your Primavera Gateway password.
  6. Select Test Connection. The application will indicate whether it can connect to Primavera Gateway using the above settings. If the application cannot connect to Primavera Gateway, modify the above fields.
  7. In the Primavera Cloud Deployment Name field, enter the application deployment configured in Primavera Gateway to transfer data between Primavera Cloud and P6.
  8. Select Add....
  9. In the Add Synchronization dialog box:
    1. In the Action. field, select any of the following options:
      • Import: Import data from P6 EPPM.
      • Export: Export data to P6 EPPM.
    2. In the Type list, select the data to be imported or exported. Choices include Project or Global.
    3. In the Synchronization Name field, select the name of the default synchronization to be used to import or export data.
    4. Select Add.
  10. Select Save.
