What’s New in Siebel Public Sector Guide, Siebel CRM 20.8 Update

No new features have been added to this guide for this release. This guide has been updated to reflect only product name changes as follows:

  • The Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) product has been rebranded to Oracle Intelligent Advisor.

    Note: Where OPA exists in the technical name of a workflow, parameter, business service, view, or object, the name remains as it is — that is, no rebranding has occurred for OPA in these instances.

  • Rulebase has been renamed to Policy Model.

    Note: Where rulebase/rule base exists in the technical name of a business component user property, the name remains as it is — that is, no renaming has occurred for rulebase in these instances.
