Creating the Workflow Process

This task is a step in Defining a Workflow Process That Creates an Activity for a Sales Representative.

You begin by creating the new Workflow Process.

To create the new Workflow Process

1. In the Object Explorer, click Workflow Process.

2. In the Workflow Processes list, create a new Workflow Process with the values shown in the following table.

   Property	Value
   Process Name	Large Opportunity Creates Activity
   Workflow Mode	Service Flow
   Business Object	Opportunity
