Deleting a Task Instance From the Inbox
You can delete a task instance from the inbox.
To delete a task instance from the inbox

In the Siebel client, navigate to the Administration - Application screen, then the Tasks view.

Select the task that you want to delete.

Make sure the Allow Delete option includes a check mark.

Navigate to the Inbox screen, then the Inbox Items List view.

Select the task that you want to delete.

Click the Detail tab and then click Delete.
Siebel CRM removes the task instance from the inbox.
