Viewing Billing Payment History

You can view a history of bill payments by account.

This task is a step in Process of Entering Payment Against an Outstanding Balance in Siebel Communications (End User).

To view billing payment history

1. Navigate to the Accounts screen, then the Accounts List view.

2. Drill down on the name of the account.

3. Click the Billing Portal view tab.

   The Payment History list displays the most current records for the account.
